    透光性

    Light transmission property
    无色透明阳光板有很高的透光率,透明性不会因使用时间而降低.着色阳光板能阻档太阳光中最强的部分,使透过的光线柔和。

    Colorless and transparent PC hollow Sheet has excellent light transmittance, transparency won’t reduce as the time past. Colourful PC hollow sheet can resist the strongest parts from the solar rays, also can make the light more soft.

    抗紫外线功能
    阳光板表面经高科技防紫外线UV特殊工艺处理,保证产品对紫外线辐射的稳定性。本产品有长期耐候性,经久使用仍保持产品本身的光学性能,不易受紫外线照射而迅速老化。因此中空板除用在一般建材外,更适用于广告材料。

    Anti-UV radiation Application:

    The surface of PC hollow sheet has the UV-Protection Treatment with a high-tech to ensure the stability for anti-UV radiation. This product has the excellent weatherability, so that it can keep its optical property after a long-term use , also not easy to be aging rapidly after ultraviolet radiation. Therefore, PC hollow Sheet can use not only as general building materials, but also apply to advertising material.

    重量特性
    阳光板(空心板)重量很轻,是相同厚度玻璃的1/12,耐力板(实心板)是同厚度玻璃的1/2,由于本材料质轻,且不易击碎,突出了它易于安装的性能,可以有效地节省安装成本.

    Weight Property:

    The weight of PC hollow sheet is very light, only about 1/12 of glass at the same thickness.. PC solid sheet is 1/2 of glass at the same thickness. Because of the light weight, and not easy to be crashed, ease to install, so it can save the installation costs more effective.

    耐冲击性能
    PC是热塑性塑料中抗冲击性最佳的一种,由PC制成的阳光板有极佳抗冲击性能,且能在相当宽的温度范围内(-40℃-120℃)长时间保持良好的抗冲击性能。

    Impact Resistance:

    PC Material is the best one of thermoplastics in the impact resistance. PC hollow sheet have a good impact resistance, and can maintain the good Impact performance for a long time in a very wide temperature range (-40 ℃~+120 ℃).

    隔热性能
    阳光板因有中空结构,因此隔热性能大大优于其它实心建材,所以本产品是一种节约能源材料。例如6mm厚的玻璃相比,6mm厚的中空板的热量可减少40-50℃,所以用中空板制作隔热装置比双层玻璃结构造价低,重量少,维修费用便宜。阳光板能适应从严寒到高温的各种恶劣天气变化,低温脆化温度为-100℃,高温软件温度为146℃,长期承载条件下允许温度为-40℃-120℃,短期承载温度为-100℃-135℃。

    Thermal Insulation Property

    Because of the hollow construction of PC hollow sheet, so the thermal insulation property is better than other solid materials, therefore, this product is a kind of energy conservation materials. For example, compared with glass in 6mm thickness, PC hollow sheet in same thickness can reduce heat for 40~50℃, so as insulation equipments, PC hollow sheet have the advantages of low-cost, less weight, lower maintenance costs than double-glass structure. PC hollow sheet is able to adapt to different bad weather from cold to cold, the lower-temperature embrittlement is in -100℃, higher-temperature softening in 146℃. Allowed long-term load within the temperature range from -40 ℃ to120 ℃, also short-term load from -100℃ to 135℃

    隔音性能
    阳光板和耐力板同样有良好的隔音性能,在国际上高速公路隔音首选材料,并取得良好的隔音效果。例如:10mm厚中空板声强衰减20分贝;6mm耐力板声强衰减31分贝。

    Soundproof  Property

    PC hollow sheet & solid sheet have better soundproof property, as the first choice material for highway sound insulation around the world, and have a good sound insulation effect. For example: PC hollow sheet in 10mm thickness has a sound attenuation of 20 dB, PC solid sheet in 6mm thickness gets a sound attenuation of 31 dB.
    阻燃性,防火性
    阳光板有良好的防火性,经国家防火建筑材料质量监督检查中心测试,按GB8624-1997标准,达到难燃B1级。产品的自燃温度为630℃(木材为220℃)另外阳光板在强烈的火焰燃烧下,不会助长火热的蔓延,燃烧过程中阳光板不会产生浓烟,以及有毒气体,且离火种后自动熄灭,由此表明阳光板有良好的阻燃性能,在世界先进国家几项主要防火试验中都得到很高的评价。

    Fire Resistant Property:

    PC hollow sheet have a good fire-resistant property. According to the standard GB8624-1997, the product was tested as fire-resistant materials by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, reaching B1 level of retardant. Self-ignition temperature of PC product is in 630℃ (Timber in 220℃).In addition, PC hollow sheet will not contribute to the hot spread when burning in the strong flame. PC hollow sheet will not produce smother in the process of burning, as well as toxic gases. The sheet will be automatically extinguished if keeping far away from fire, which shows that PC hollow sheet has a good fire resistant property, got high evaluation in most major fire prevention trials hold by advanced countries in the world.

    加工性(冷弯曲)Processing Property (Cold bending):
    阳光板可以冷弯安装,其中中空板一定要顺着肋的方向弯曲。

    PC Hollow sheet can be installed in cold bending, but PC hollow sheet must be bended following the direction of the rib.

    PC板以高分子工程塑料-聚碳酸酯为原料,产品分为中空板、实心板、波纹板三大系列各种品种可满足广泛的需求。

    PC panel adopt polymer engineering plastics – polycarbonate as raw materials.

    实心板: 0.125-25毫米PC Solid Sheet: 0.125 25mm

    (0.125-0.5也就叫PC薄膜, 0.5-1.5毫米也叫PC薄板,PC波片材) (0.125-0.5mm named PC Film, 0.5-1.5mm named PC Sheet)

    PC波纹板,波浪板,采光板厚度0.7-4毫米,基本都用在屋面采光带,配合采钢波型.
